As our first
Salesforce (CRM) Admin (all genders), you will be fully responsible for our newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Through continuous development and optimization, you will significantly contribute to the success of our sales and marketing teams and enable the ambitious growth of Foodji.

Coordinating and integrating sales and marketing activities to optimize revenue operations (Rev Ops) and promote company growth.
Assisting with the implementation and customization of CRM workflows and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
Managing and optimizing the CRM system, including data maintenance, segmentation, and analysis of customer data.
Conducting CRM trainings and supporting our sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal use of the CRM system.
Analyzing sales and customer data to provide valuable insights and reports for management and sales teams.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling, operating, and developing the Salesforce product portfolio
