For a renowned partner company, we are looking for several dedicated shift managers (m/f/d) with a qualification in 34a GewO or a comparable qualification, starting from January 15th, 2021.

Personnel management
Object planning
Staff planning
Customer service

Qualifications:

We expect:

Qualification in 34a GewO or a comparable qualification according to 34a Gewerbeordnung
German language skills at least at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in speaking and writing
First aid certification (if you do not have any qualifications, we will provide training)
Fire safety certification (if you do not have any qualifications, we will provide training)
Foreign language skills, especially in English/Arabic (comparable to level B1 of the CEFR)
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
PC skills: MS Office programs
Confident and deescalating demeanor, teamwork and service orientation
Good manners
Assertiveness
Reliability
Physical fitness
Wellgroomed appearance
A clean criminal record check,
