    In this role traversing corporate finance, valuation, and corporate strategy activities, this person will have the unique opportunity to be the primary analytical and modeling lead for an entire business unit within Pattern.

    This position will contribute by strategizing organic growth for Patterns existing DG platforms, evaluating potential acquisitions targets, and optimizing the business units capital structure.

    Other primary duties of this role include forecasting, analyzing, and reporting the business units financial performance to executive leaders, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.

    Master, improve, and maintain the DG corporate financial model and lead financial analyses and business unit processes
    Generate internal / external reporting products around business unit capital needs and performance
    Support DG capital raising, M&A transactions, and corporate strategy via due diligence, financial analysis, and corporate modeling
    Improve the business units organizational structure through process improvement and standardization
    Identify and quantify key investment drivers and perform sensitivities
    Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues on other teams, such as structured finance, strategic finance, and corporate development
    Analyze market risk factors and trends
    Perform general research duties and statistical analysis
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related area combined with at least 4-6 years of project finance, corporate finance, or M&A experience within a financial firm or energy operating company
    ~Project Finance acquisition, management or transaction experience preferred.
    ~ Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of relevant financial and mathematical modelling techniques
    ~ Ability to synthesize data and complex concepts into informed recommendations and concise presentations
    Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software


    This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.

    In addition to base pay, Patterns compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
