A Brief Overview
Participates in a planned research projects by carrying out research experiments in accordance with established protocol(s) and under direct supervision.
What you will do
- Prepares Lab reagents
- Performs research & procedures on experimental samples
- Performs routine calculations
- Summarizes & analyzes data according to established protocols
- Assist with settingup protocols
- Maintains lab log/notebook(s)
- Uses & maintains general laboratory equipment
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- One (1) prior internship or paid experience in a research laboratory environment Required
Skills and Abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others
- Good attention to detail.
