Care Supervisor for Foster Care Services in Lake Wilson, MN


If you have a passion for working with complex families and support systems, a positive and respectful attitude towards people in difficult life situations, as well as assertiveness, strong counseling skills, and a confident demeanor, then we would love to hear from you.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Supervising foster care relationships
  • Counseling children, youth, and their families
  • Stabilizing the living situation of birth families
  • Collaborating with professionals from youth welfare offices for youth welfare planning
  • Recruiting, preparing, and evaluating foster families
  • Crisis intervention

You should bring the following qualifications:

  • Degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proactive work style
  • Own car
  • Experience in foster care services is a plus
