The Kinderhaus Wittlager Land gGmbH has been providing educational support for over 40 years. Our focus is always on direct work with children.

We are currently seeking a Youth Worker (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our municipal youth work in Bad Laer.

Responsibilities:

Redesigning open children and youth work in the community
Planning, coordinating, and implementing open activities in the youth center and through outreach work
Planning and organizing the holiday program
Organizing additional projects, events, and extracurricular educational activities
Networking with other actors in youth work in the community, as well as with other institutions, politics, and administration
Developing and regularly updating the concept
Coordinating the team
Recruiting and training parttime and volunteer staff
