We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager (m/f/d) for our company, the Municipal Enterprise for Municipal Tasks and Services (EAD).

Our company is a forward-thinking municipal organization responsible for waste disposal, street cleaning and winter services, canal operation and road maintenance, building cleaning, communal catering and household management, as well as the Zoo Vivarium.

With a total of approximately 830 employees, we are a vital part of the Science City of Darmstadt.

The successful candidate will join our team as soon as possible and will be employed on a permanent basis, working 39 hours per week with a monthly salary of €3969 gross.

We offer a flexible working schedule, company pension, and a free job ticket.

Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant work experience will receive a higher salary of €3969 gross per month, while those with less experience will receive €3814 gross per month.

Responsibilities:

Manage external corporate communications and all press and public relations for EAD, Vivarium, and its subsidiaries
Write and distribute texts, media information, press releases, newsletters, and respond to media inquiries
Continuously develop and review our communication channels
Monitor daily media coverage and select relevant news for the management team
Manage and develop our website and social media channels
Write articles, create posts, and produce videos and photos
