Description

Starting on August 1st, 2024, we are looking for an apprentice machine and plant operator (m/f/d) with a focus on metal and plastic technology for our headquarters in Lippstadt.


Training content:


During your apprenticeship, you will learn about seed processing, treatment, and packaging on various machines and actively participate in these processes.


This includes the following tasks:

  • Preparation of work processes, checking machine functions at test stands, and commissioning machines
  • Setting up and converting machines, monitoring the production process, and controlling the material flow
  • Inspection and maintenance of machines at regular intervals to ensure their operational readiness, as well as replacement of wear parts if necessary

Your profile:

  • Basic vocational qualification or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Reliability, motivation, and ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills in German
