Carglass in Germany, located in St. Edward, NE, is a leading expert in repairing and installing vehicle glass. With a team of over 2,100 employees, including 1,600 trained Carglass fitters, the company serves customers throughout Germany. The head office in Cologne employs 250 people, while 170 work at the Customer Contact Center (call center).

Carglass handles approximately 1.2 million customer contacts per year, providing assistance to motorists at one of their 370 service centers or through their fleet of 240 mobile units.


We are currently seeking a Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in a permanent position as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and validating all companyrelated purchasing and sales prices as a Pricing Specialist at Carglass.
  • Implementing and monitoring customerspecific agreements.
  • Identifying and realizing revenue potential.
  • Ensuring billing accuracy through invoice audits and customer analyses.
  • Working on the development and automation of pricingrelated mass data in Excel and BI tools, as well as contributing to the development of pricing strategies and implementing billing optimizations.

Your qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration or a similar field, or equivalent education, with some professional experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with BI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, selfmotivation, and independence, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written
