Thecarento Group is a nationwide service provider in the automotive industry. With over 30 years of management and industry experience, we offer our services to approximately 600 car dealerships. We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our _
Schadenpartner24_ project in the Sachsen-Anhalt region.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and customer retention measures
- Conducting qualified consultations to introduce and promote our products
- Systematically pursuing our sales goals
- Acting as a point of contact for new and existing customers
- Independently negotiating contracts
We expect:
- Professional experience in the automotive industry, as an appraiser, lawyer, or in the rental sector
- Ideally, sales experience in a car dealership, with a car manufacturer, or at a car bank e.g. as a service advisor or manager, team leader, regional manager, or in vehicle sales
- Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration
- Familiarity with modern software applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively present products, technologies, and concepts to customers and prospects
- Natural sales talent, a determined personality, and the ability to inspire people
