We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Controller (m/w/d) for our Sales department, who will support us in optimizing our consulting and support for our over 1000 customers of our online nutrition and fitness advice.

In your role as Controller, you will work closely with the sales management and become the numbers expert in our company.


Responsibilities:


  • You will work with our Google spreadsheets and ensure an even more organized structure of numbers.
  • You will ensure that the company's KPIs are always readily available.
  • You will work with our CRM programs to filter out the right and relevant numbers.
  • You will gain an overview of the daily work of individual salespeople.
  • You will constantly monitor the company's target quotas and those of individual salespeople.
  • You will create a ranking of individual salespeople with your data.

Salary for Junior Controller full-time: 3,500 Euros gross monthly salary. Opportunities for further development and advancement in the coming years are available.
