You will be responsible for
:


  • Intensively advising and supporting people with "special difficulties" who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness, as part of a measure according to Sections 67ff of the Social Code (SGB XII). The aim of the measure is to stabilize the living situation of these clients and sustainably secure their continued residence in their own home.
  • Assisting with personal problems in the area of livelihood security, social law questions, and social benefits
  • Implementing support measures, mediating skills and resources, and providing crisis intervention
