We are looking for you at our location in Dessau as:
Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for BOSCH Thermotechnology
We are well prepared for your start with us. You will receive comprehensive and detailed training. In addition, a mentor will be available to answer any questions that may arise.
Your new tasks with us:
- Receiving and processing telephone and written customer inquiries (inbound only, no sales)
- Providing information about Bosch's product range (price and delivery information)
- Advising on different models
- Maintaining customer databases
What we expect from you:
- Commercial education or relevant work experience
- Good PC skills required
- Communicative and openminded
- Qualityconscious work
- Reliable
What we offer you:
- Permanent fulltime contract
- 27 days of vacation
Home office is easily possible after the training period
- Working hours Monday
- Friday between 7am and 6pm
- We also pay you €40 net per month for shopping or refueling
