Our client, an internationally active construction machinery manufacturer with a branch in Kirchdorf an der Iller, is currently seeking a full-time Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing, coordinating, and processing national and international shipments (road, air, sea, courier)
Preparing shipping orders, waybills, export documents, and other accompanying papers
Handling customer complaints (delivery time complaints, transport damages, etc.)
Close coordination with internal departments and our external logistics service providers
Monitoring timely delivery of spare parts

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
Knowledge of customs processes
Dangerous goods knowledge in the areas of IATA, IMDG, and ADR is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good knowledge of ERP systems such as BaaN
