Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our internal team at our company location in Hamm as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for building your own network by acquiring new client companies and managing existing clients.
You will oversee the entire recruitment process for temporary employees, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and finalizing employment contracts.
Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support and guidance to our employees (m/f/d) and prepare them for their assignments at client companies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education or degree and a strong interest in the fields of human resources and sales.
