Your profile:

You have completed a commercial education, preferably in the logistics industry, or have several years of experience in dispatching
You have previous experience in dispatching longdistance trucks
Ideally, you have contacts in the dispatching industry
You have excellent communication skills
You are structured, dedicated, reliable, and customeroriented
You are serviceoriented
You can communicate with our customers and business partners in German and English

Your responsibilities at our client:

You are responsible for dispatching vehicles in compliance with legal requirements, both nationally and internationally
You are actively involved in the purchase and sale of transports
You are responsible for calculating and negotiating prices for special transports and creating offers
You act as the first point of contact for our customers and carriers
You coordinate between dispatching and the warehouse
You handle complaints
You monitor the timely delivery of freight
