Your Profile:

You have extensive knowledge and practical experience in a Head of HR / People role in a service company
You have previous leadership experience and know how to support and develop both your team and our managers
You impress with your positive and open attitude, have high emotional intelligence, and can quickly empathize with others
You are an excellent communicator and organizational talent, and with your flexibility and creativity, you can quickly develop and implement solutions
Fluent German skills complete your profile

Your Tasks:

You are responsible for all personnelrelated topics: support for inhouse recruiting, administration, labor law, personnel & leadership development, feedback, and corporate culture, as well as office management
You support and develop your team of currently 5 great employees (Recruiting, HR Management, Administration, and Administration)
You shape and oversee the personnel and organizational strategy at biac Med
