To strengthen their team, they are looking for a professional in operational personnel work. This position offers the opportunity for short-term takeover or direct placement.


Your responsibilities will include recruiting new employees, managing and supporting current employees, coordinating personnel assignments, and building new customer relationships while primarily advising existing clients.


The ideal candidate will have a completed commercial education and/or degree, experience in recruiting and/or sales, and a strong focus on customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
