What you will do:
The fresh food counter is the heart of our REWE market. With your expert knowledge, you competently lead the service department for the product areas of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen. In this role, you take responsibility for your team, the quality of the products, and all processes:

  • You skillfully implement national sales concepts.
  • You have everything under control, from cost and revenue development to regular inventories, merchandise planning, and flow.
  • You put your ideas into action to inspire customers and encourage them to make purchases.
  • You lead and train your team and plan staff deployment according to demand.
  • You are responsible for correct price labeling and assortment management.
  • You demonstrate sensitivity in the production and refinement of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen products.
  • You pay precise attention to compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • You impress our customers with competent advice and excellent service.

What we are looking for:

  • Your professional training as a butcher, preferably in the food
