Responsibilities:


  • You are the first point of contact for our Schüco Global Services customers
  • You provide initial assistance depending on the topic
  • You support Schüco Global Services customers with all our service offerings
  • You document activities in the ticket system and initiate processes
  • You support the development and optimization of processes and actively shape them

Profile:


  • Strong customer orientation and focus
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to expand knowledge
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Schüco product experience desirable (possibly across different divisions)
