Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our Schüco Global Services customers
- You provide initial assistance depending on the topic
- You support Schüco Global Services customers with all our service offerings
- You document activities in the ticket system and initiate processes
- You support the development and optimization of processes and actively shape them
Profile:
- Strong customer orientation and focus
- Excellent communication skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to expand knowledge
- Basic technical understanding
- Good MS Office skills
- Schüco product experience desirable (possibly across different divisions)
