Responsibilities


Your responsibilities include:


  • Dispatching timecritical special and direct shipments, as well as air freight replacement traffic
  • Processing transport orders
  • Working with the team to develop customized transport solutions
  • Handling complaints
  • Advising, supporting, and communicating with our customers
  • Procuring return loads
  • Monitoring transports in terms of time and quality
  • Creating quotes and calculating prices
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and carriers
Qualifications


What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed commercial training is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Negotiation skills and cost awareness
  • Teamwork
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
