Description

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will not only calculate and manage our clients' advertising budgets, but also be responsible for the supervision and development of our team members.

Your goal is to achieve the best possible visibility within a given budget and continuously improve the team.

Responsibilities:

Leading the team, including evaluating and promoting employees
Coordinating and organizing workflows
Continuous optimization of processes
Developing SEA strategies with our account managers and managing and expanding advertising potential on Amazon
Keyword research and on and offpage analysis and optimization
Maximizing campaign potential
Creating analyses and deriving measures for campaign development using analysis tools
Building reports to document results for clients
Managing the Amazon Seller Central
Optimizing PPC prices according to predetermined strategies

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial education/studies and ideally have some leadership experience
Independent and solutionoriented work style combined with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong social and decisionmaking skills
Good time management
High attention to detail
Flexibility
Team and communication skills
Analytical understanding and affinity for numbers
Structured written and verbal communication
Proactivity
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
