Your role:


  • Contractcompliant execution of customer orders
  • Monitoring of minor repairs, maintenance work, maintenance measures, and projects
  • Independent creation and processing of offers and orders
  • Personnel management and first point of contact for orders
  • Responsibility for budget compliance
  • Quality control and documentation

Your qualifications:


  • Engineer (Human), Bachelor (Human), Completed training in the field of HVAC systems with further training as a technician (Human) or master (Human)
  • Knowledge and experience in creating and calculating maintenance contracts
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness, structured work style, and strong communication skills
  • Class B driver's license
