On our growth course, we are looking for you to strengthen our branch in Hamburg-Eppendorf for the telephone switchboard in full-time (part-time possible by arrangement)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will manage the telephone switchboard, answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate contacts
You are the first point of contact for our customers
You take care of forwarding centrally received emails

Qualifications you should bring:

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an office clerk or hotel clerk (m/f/d)), a career change is also possible
First experience in the automotive industry is advantageous for understanding processes
A high level of service and customer orientation, including a friendly and professional approach to our customers
Reliability, conscientiousness and teamwork are your strengths
