We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant (m/f) for our client in the telecommunications industry at their location in Hof (Saale), through temporary employment.


What we offer:


  • Transparent pay is important to us and is based on the BAP/DGB collective agreement. The starting salary is €2700 gross per month. In addition, you will be part of a bonus scheme.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant:


  • You will provide customer service in the shop for all inquiries related to internet, landline, and mobile products.
  • You will handle complaints and assist with problemsolving.
  • You will conduct indepth sales conversations about individual products and services, helping customers find the right products for their needs.
  • You will process customer orders and maintain data.
  • You will participate in productspecific sales promotions and campaigns.

What we are looking for:


  • You have completed a vocational training in retail or a similar qualification.
  • You have previous sales experience.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact and are willing to work according to the store's opening hours and customer traffic. Goal orientation and commitment complete your profile.
