The AVANTGARDE Retail Team in Frederick, OK is growing to attract even more IQOS fans We are looking for motivated sales and cashier staff (m/f/d) for our store in Regensburg.

Responsibilities:

Showtime: You take on the lead role in sales. You offer our customers an individual and comprehensive explanation of our IQOS products in the consumer experience.
Proactive approach: Approach people, start conversations and find out how our product fits into their lives. You are the director of your own sales scenes You build our network of regular and new customers by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones for the long term.
Service: You ensure outstanding customer service and handle complaints to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
Customer relationships: Build strong customer relationships that go beyond sales.
Sales: Together, we exceed our set goals You implement sales promotion, image measures and marketing campaigns that increase awareness of IQOS products and promote sales.
Logistics: You are responsible for merchandise, inventory and cash management, and optimize the sales area for a unique sales experience.
