What you bring

  • Successfully completed training as a quality manager/quality management officer (m/f/d) with additional training as an auditor (m/f/d) for system audits according to ISO 900
  • At least 5 years of professional experience and knowledge in quality management, preferably in the chemical/rubber industry
  • Knowledge of personnel management is advantageous
  • Initiative, solutionoriented, reliable, and disciplined work ethic
  • High motivation for continuous improvement and fascination for complex issues
  • Ability to think analytically and processually with good communication and cooperation skills
  • Good German and English skills and willingness to travel occasionally
