You should:
- have completed a pedagogical education and have (some) professional experience
- enjoy and take pleasure in your work
- prefer a structured, planned approach and enjoy working in a smaller team
- appreciate a manageable overall framework
- be able to promote our children's social-emotional, linguistic, cognitive, fine and gross motor skills
- be balanced, empathetic, and patient with the children and be able to say "no" when necessary
- work collaboratively and professionally with parents and our team
- contribute to the language learning diary and children's development documentation
- be open to learning about our pedagogical concept and actively participate in its further development

be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received a booster.
We offer you:
- a secure, permanent position with 30 hours/week (28 hours/week on site)
- 2 hours/week for preparation and followup
