    Description

    The Retail Sales Associate position at our company offers a great opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shipping and printing needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for providing information on our products and services, ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience at our store.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Delivers exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
    • Actively listens to customers and team members to provide the best solutions
    • Takes charge of understanding customers' shipping requirements and suggests appropriate solutions
    • Maintains a solid knowledge of all products, services, and industry trends
    • Operates equipment proficiently and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
    • Keeps the workplace clean, organized, and safe
    • Performs additional tasks as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Prior experience in retail or customer service
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
    • Strong packing abilities
    • Proficiency in computer tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Dependable and able to lift heavy packages
