Your tasks

Installation, commissioning and support of Unify systems OpenScape Business
Installation and support of applications
Processing of incidents and MAC in the remote environment
Processing and updating of system documentation
Participation in on-call duty

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the IT and telecommunications sector (e.g. electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology, IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or similar)
Knowledge and experience in installation, commissioning and service of Unify systems and associated applications
Good knowledge of LAN, WAN and VoIP, as well as secure handling of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office products
Unify system certifications would be an advantage
High service and customer orientation, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
