Your Responsibilities:


  • Your main tasks include supporting the creation, standardization, and systematization of terms and conditions, contract templates, and standard clauses for our various group companies and application areas in Pineland, TX
  • You review the legality of standard clauses
  • You assist in reviewing confidentiality agreements with our business partners
  • Researching and compiling legal information on current topics or draft laws that are relevant to our company are also part of your duties
  • You support in compiling and developing training materials on general legal topics

Your Qualifications:


  • You are studying law or business law (with a focus on civil/commercial law) in an advanced semester
  • You show interest in commercial legal matters and working in an international corporation
  • You have a strong proficiency in common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have experience in researching legal topics and show interest in current legal policy developments and issues
  • Your strengths include reliability, teamwork, and a systematic and goaloriented work style
  • Location: Nuremberg
  • Entry level: Working student
  • Work mode: Hybrid work
  • Working hours: 1020 hours/week
  • Employment type: 12 months (possible extension)
