With one of the largest ranges of its kind in Europe, our extensive product portfolio includes projectors, media installation technology, and complete conference room equipment, with a high percentage of products and system solutions developed and produced by Kindermann.

This part-time position requires 25-30 hours per week, with the flexibility to distribute your hours across different days.


Your responsibilities:

Managing the procurement process for distribution goods, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies, from the bidding phase to supplier selection and negotiation, to handling complaints, while considering quality, costs, and product availability
Inventory management
Monitoring delivery dates
Handling imports
Invoice verification and processing
Maintaining master data in the ERP system
Supplier evaluation
Continuously optimizing internal and external processes


Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk
Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage
Understanding of technical and commercial processes and industrial workflows
Negotiation skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
