The Executive Vice President and General Counsel (the "General Counsel") will lead the legal and compliance teams and be responsible for establishing strategy for this function for Evident.

This person will work closely with the Executive leadership team and the board and advise on growth, potential risks, and creative solutions from all perspectives.

They will assist the Executive Leadership Team in setting and implementing the company's overall direction and policies.
