As a member of our customer support team, you will not only be the face of SumUp to our merchants, but you will also shape their experience by offering exceptional guidance in navigating any challenges they may encounter with our products and services.


What will you do in this role?:

  • You will be the voice of our company, serving as the direct link to our customers
  • You will provide competent support to our merchants for all inquiries and questions regarding our products and services
  • You will actively work to optimize all processes related to our customers, continuously increasing merchant satisfaction
  • You will collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
