YOUR responsibilities

You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts related to construction. This also includes conducting negotiations between the parties involved.
You will also work on outofcourt dispute resolution, as well as representing clients in court. This often involves collaboration with other departments, such as procurement or real estate law.

WHAT YOU bring

You have completed your exams with good grades (9 points or higher). Ideally, you also have some professional experience in private construction and architectural law or have extensive experience in this field.
You have no problem understanding complex economic and technical relationships. You are eager to take on client responsibility.
