Employee (m/f/d) for Import/Export and Customs

Are you looking for a new challenge? - We need your support

  • Handling import and export processes, as well as creating customs and shipping documents
  • Tracking international shipments and deliveries
  • Acting as a point of contact for freight forwarders, customs, and internal departments for customsrelated inquiries
  • Purchasing, planning, and managing all land, air, and/or sea freight (domestic and international)
  • Creating and reviewing shipping documents
  • Professionalizing, streamlining, and developing existing processes together with your supervisor

These skills will impress us

  • You have a commercial degree (preferably in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or wholesale and foreign trade)
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the desired field
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You are familiar with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV and common PC applications such as MS Office
  • You are highly selfmotivated, have excellent communication skills, and are a team player
  • You have a structured way of working, a high level of commitment, and are able to handle stress well
