Your tasks:

  • Conducting risk assessments according to § 8a SGB VIII in tandem
  • Creating and documenting protection concepts in case of risk assessment
  • Providing telephone counseling for callers to the youth welfare office's emergency hotline
  • Organizing, initiating, and documenting initial aid measures
  • Participation in family court proceedings

    • Your profile:

  • High psychological resilience, empathy, initiative, and strong personal and social skills, as well as conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in child protection and knowledge of SGB, youth welfare, and health care are desirable
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Counseling skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team and cooperate with others
  • Openness and willingness to contribute to the optimization of work processes
  • A valid driver's license of class 3 or EU standard B is required.
