As the largest thermal spa in the world, Therme Erding combines relaxation and adventure in its gigantic holiday worlds - the VitalTherme & Saunas, the Therme & VitalOase, the wave pool, and the Galaxy Erding slides.

Every year, over 1.8 million visitors experience a variety of leisure, wellness, and health offerings in a holiday atmosphere surrounded by real palm trees.

To support our reception team, we are currently looking for reception team members (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Informing guests about offerings and rates and handling the cash register process
Conducting entry and exit bookings
Selling vouchers
Recording all revenues in the cash register program
Providing information
Managing lost and found items and rental laundry
Answering phone inquiries

Qualifications:

Confident, friendly, and serviceoriented demeanor
Enjoyment of interacting with guests
Experience with cash register systems
Flexibility

You can expect a flexible work schedule with an average of 20-35 hours per week in shift work (for example: 8:30 am - 4:45 pm or 3:45 pm - 12:00 am).
