Become a part of the AWO family now To strengthen our team at the Ursula-Kaltenstein Academy, we are currently looking for a Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.Responsibilities:
- Theoretical and practical teaching in generalist nursing education and (elderly) nursing assistant education
- Responsibility for practical placement planning and cooperative collaboration with practical training providers
- Supervision of practical training for our apprentices and cooperative collaboration with the central practical training team
- Project support for the (further) development of the theoretical and practical curriculum in generalist nursing education
- Participation in external working groups
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed nursing education
- Successfully completed degree in nursing education or equivalent qualification
- Interest in curriculum work in theory and practice
- Enjoyment of planning and organization
- Experience with project work
