Description

As a continuously growing nursing service with services in the outpatient and semi-stationary sector, we are looking for dedicated employees for our Senior Residence at Stadtgarten in Tuttlingen as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Person-oriented care and support of residents in the Ambulant Supported Living and "MeVita-Wohngemeinschaft" as well as visitors of the day care
  • Consideration and support of individual needs of clients
  • Collegial work in the nursing and care team
  • Documentation and evaluation of services provided

Your profile

  • State recognition as a qualified nursing professional (geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, nursing specialist) or
  • State recognition as a nursing assistant
  • Experience in outpatient care desirable
  • Customer-oriented and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Reliability and diligence
