- arranging and monitoring private billing, particularly for inpatient and outpatient services as well as consultation fees
- input and maintenance of the DPV register
- (vacation) coverage for the chief physician's secretary
- scheduling and coordination of appointments for the chief physician
- internal and external correspondence
- general office communication and correspondence
- being a point of contact for patients, family members, and other healthcare facilities


We have the same rhythm if you
- have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Healthcare Management Assistant, or a comparable commercial training
- have gained solid professional experience in secretarial work, particularly in the area of billing
- are characterized by strong social skills, empathy, and friendliness in dealing with patients and family members, and have a great joy in working with people
- are organized and have good IT skills
- possess a high level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility, and demonstrate resilience and strong communication skills
