We are currently seeking a
Assembly Worker (m/f/d) for Gear Assembly (Ref: 92722) at our transmission plant in Warrensville Heights, OH.

Our products are known for their reliability and durability, even under tough conditions. As a member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high quality standards. Our employees at various locations take pride in contributing to AGCO products that meet our customers' high expectations.


What you can expect

  • Assemble individual components onto different gear variants according to standard work instructions
  • Adjust components and inspect parts according to drawings
  • Check individual parts or gear assemblies for any defects
  • Perform selfinspection of work
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area and participate in workplace organization
  • Adhere to 6S standards in work area
  • Handle assembly materials, tools, and equipment with care and responsibility

What you bring

  • Completed metalworking apprenticeship
  • Several years of relevant experience in assembly work
  • Willingness to work in shifts
