At our Fraunhofer Research and Development Center Electromobility Bavaria (FZEB), located at our Würzburg facility, we focus on the development of battery materials and battery process technology on a pilot scale.

Our comprehensive portfolio also includes extensive testing, inspection, and analytical procedures. We are currently seeking a manager to join our FZEB team.

Your responsibilities

As a manager at FZEB, you will:

Lead one of the fastest-growing departments at ISC, both in terms of technical content and strategy
Stay uptodate on current technology trends and drive the department forward in a futureoriented manner
Expand our customer and partner network through your extensive market knowledge in the field of energy technology
Lead a highly motivated team of approximately 40 employees and shape their professional and personal development

Your qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have a university degree in natural sciences or engineering
Possess indepth knowledge and several years of experience in electrochemistry and battery technologies, particularly in the field of lithiumion technologies
Have experience in establishing and further developing complex technological
