We are currently seeking a
teacher (m/f/d) for our daycare center "Himmelsleiter" in Seifersdorf, Bowden, WV with a workload of 32 hours per week.

The position is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Education, upbringing and care of children according to the framework concept and the Saxon education plan
  • Close cooperation with parents and cooperation partners, especially the church community
  • Working in an open group concept

Requirements:


  • Degree as a staterecognized educator or equivalent qualification according to SächsQualiVO
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of early childhood education
  • Knowledge of communication techniques
  • Interest in further developing the concept of inclusion and implementing it in open group work
  • Participation of children should be a desired and lived everyday practice
  • Interest in working in a partially open concept
  • Enjoyment of naturebased education
  • Flexibility, personal commitment and willingness to work within the entire facility
  • Empathy and respectful attitude
  • Identification with the goals and mission statement of Diakonie Dresden
