Your responsibilities:

  • Independently processing production orders
  • Ensuring product quality, meeting deadlines, and managing costs
  • Preparing workstations according to assigned tasks
  • Ordering mixtures, packaging, and necessary work materials
  • Operating and maintaining assigned equipment
  • Accurately recording materials and work hours
  • Constantly monitoring and controlling production in accordance with manufacturing and testing regulations
  • Conducting ongoing quality control checks
  • Fulfilling assigned tasks while adhering to quantity and quality standards (compliance with waste and FF key figures) and packaging requirements
  • Carefully handling and maintaining machines, equipment, and work materials

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational/technical training or sufficient work experience in a rubber processing industrial company
  • Manual dexterity, basic computer skills, and technical understanding
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system
