    Responsibilities:


    Work with Media and Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, launch, and fine-tune branding and lead generation campaigns to meet organizational objectives.

    Work collaboratively with internal clients to understand business needs, product benefits, prospect personas and pain points, etc.

    Evaluate media sponsorship and coordinate with internal clients on content/script development for activation.


    Coordinate with creative services team and agencies to curate multimedia, multilingual assets that are effective and culturally relevant to target audience.

    Review Chinese translation in all marketing collateral to ensure quality and accuracy.

    Monitor KPIs and performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Develop positive working relationships with key media partners.

    Stay abreast of industry and market trends.


    Qualifications:
    7+ years in marketing campaign or project management

    Familiar with Asian American media landscape

    High proficiency of Chinese language required

    Banking industry experience preferred


    Compensation:
    The base pay range for this position is USD $85,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
