We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join us and help bridge the staffing gap in all aspects of the healthcare system.

We offer PRN, Contract and permanent positions.

Licensed Social Worker. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

13 Week Duration | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | 40hrs GTD

Travel Offer:

  • Estimated Weekly Total: $2,402
  • Stipend included: $1,162
  • Hourly Pay:

  • Travel reimbursement: $500
  • Saturday coverage in house for 4 hours (available by on call for another 4 hours) making an 8hour total coverage. ONCE every third/fourth weekend.

Holiday Requirements:
Will follow hospital schedule
- can obtain from HR, typically every other rotation.

  • Medical background/DC planning (ED, ICU, Tele, M/S). Must have experience working in a medical hospital setting with an interdisciplinary team & discharge planning.
  • Charting Experience Required: we are currently using Expanse, training will be provided. Must be able proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Required Skillset: hospital social work/case management (will train further upon onboarding)
  • Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Individual must be able to handle caseload of 2025 medical patients effectively.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • COVID Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • MSW/LSW (IL)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be active at time of submission
