For our client, a large business publisher in Bonn, we are looking for:


Service Employee (m/f/d) - Career Changer in Bonn

Your responsibilities:


  • You respond to written and telephone inquiries from our customers and support the publishing teams
  • You familiarize yourself with the products and processes and handle interesting customer service cases in the second level
  • In incoming phone calls, you process customer requests regarding our service
  • You remain calm when a customer is upset and find a solution with them to ensure they remain our customer for a long time
  • You make independent decisions in the interest of the customer, while keeping the company's goals in mind
  • You advise customers on useful product additions and alternatives

Your profile:


  • You have a commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in telephone customer contact
  • You are passionate about customer service and have a high level of empathy for our customers' concerns
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex topics and staying uptodate
  • You are articulate and speak the language of our customers
  • You are used to working independently
  • Solutionoriented action is one of your strengths
