_Here is what you will be doing each day:_

  • Assists the Director of People and Culture with employee events
  • File the weekly payroll
  • Oversee employee file maintenance and record keeping and maintain employee information. Complete monthly audit.
  • Greet applicants and provide them with information regarding the employment process during the onboarding process.
  • Assemble New Hire Packets monthly. Assist with New Hire Orientations and Trainings.
  • Post birthdays and Anniversaries
- send birthday cards (monthly)


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
