Responsibilities

Provide technical support for web-based information management and collaboration platforms, specifically Doxis (SER)
Conduct technical analysis, specification, documentation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for web application middleware (Microsoft IIS, .NET, Microsoft Sharepoint Server, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat) and web applications
Coordinate and configure IT infrastructure services to support comprehensive platform services for web applications
Collaborate with colleagues from other IT departments to resolve cross-functional and project-related issues
Implement changes to web application middleware and web applications according to defined processes
Provide second/third level support
